If you intend to publish your paper in the formal conference proceedings, a full manuscript written in English should be submitted. Authors who wish to share their latest findings, industrial practices, or ongoing projects without formal literature publication are highly welcome to submit an abstract (200–400 words). This track provides a relaxed and flexible environment for networking, feedback, and discussion. This length is general advice rather than a rigid limit; if your comprehensive analysis requires extra space, manuscripts exceeding 6 pages are welcome and will undergo the standard review process, with a standard page fee applicable only upon final publication.

All submitted manuscripts will undergo a plagiarism check using professional screening tools (such as CrossCheck or Turnitin). Papers are expected to be original contributions; any submission found to have an excessive similarity index or significant overlap with previously published work will be subject to a formal review by the Technical Committee to determine its eligibility for publication.

Recognizing potential scheduling or travel flexibility, the conference offers multiple options, including classic onsite oral presentations, structured poster sessions, or convenient online virtual/video presentations, ensuring every researcher can participate comfortably.
