Notes & Reminders 注意事项

  • Author Registration: Each accepted paper must have at least one author registered at the "Author" rate to ensure publication in the conference proceedings. / 每篇录用的论文必须至少有一位作者注册为“Author（作者）”标准，以确保论文能够出版。
  • Student Discount: To qualify for the student rate, applicants must provide a valid student ID card or an official letter from their institution during registration. / 申请学生优惠注册费的学生，必须在注册时提供有效的学生证件件或学校官方证明。
  • IEEE Member Discount: IEEE members must provide their valid membership number to enjoy the discounted rate. / IEEE会员在注册时需填写并提供有效的会员卡号以享受减免优惠。
  • Page Limits: Regular registration covers up to 6 pages. Additional pages will be charged according to the rate table. / 标准注册费包含6页文章篇幅，超页部分将按照超页标准加收费用。

Cancellation & Refund Policy 退款政策

  • Before October 1, 2026: Cancellations received prior to this date are eligible for a 70% refund of the paid fee. (30% will be deducted as an administrative and handling fee). / 2026年10月1日之前提出退款申请的，可退还已付金额的70%（扣除30%的手续费与行政处理费）。
  • After October 1, 2026: No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after this date. However, substitute attendees are welcome with prior notification. / 2026年10月1日之后不再受理任何退款申请。如作者无法到会，可在提前通知会务组的情况下更换参会代表。
  • Refund Method: All refunds will be processed via the original payment method after the conclusion of the conference. / 所有退款申请将在会议结束后统一按原路退回。

Special Terms & Force Majeure 特殊条例与免责声明

  • Force Majeure: The organizing committee reserves the right to alter the conference dates, venue, or format (e.g., transitioning to a fully online virtual event) due to force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, public health emergencies, or government restrictions. / 遇不可抗力（包括但不限于自然灾害、极端天气、公共卫生突发事件、政府政策管制等），组委会有权调整会议时间、地点或更改会议举办形式（如调整为线上网络会议）。
  • Liability Limitation: The conference organizers shall not be held liable for any personal damages, transportation delays, property loss, or additional costs incurred by participants during the event. / 对于参会人员在会议期间因个人原因、交通延误、财产丢失或因不可抗力导致的其他额外支出，组委会不承担法律责任。
  • Onsite Safety: All participants are required to respect local regulations and venue safety guidelines during the conference. / 所有与会代表在参会期间须严格遵守举办地法律法规及会场的安全规定。
