Conference Tips & Guidelines / 参会指南
Presentation Tips / 报告准备
- ✅ Timing: Aim for 12–13 minutes for your talk, leaving 2–3 minutes for Q&A to keep the session on track.
- ✅ Tech Check: Please bring your PPT/PDF on a USB drive. We recommend testing your slides in the session room during the break before your turn.
- ✅ Slides: 16:9 aspect ratio is recommended. Ensure your fonts and charts are clear and easy to read.
Networking & Engagement / 交流互动
- ✅ Active Participation: Engaging in Q&A is the best way to connect with experts in your field and make the most of each session.
- ✅ Meet New Colleagues: Take the opportunity during coffee breaks and lunch to introduce yourself and discuss research interests.
- ✅ Poster Sessions: If presenting a poster, prepare a 3-minute "elevator pitch" to summarize your key findings to interested attendees.
Venue Essentials / 会场温馨提示
- ✅ Dress Code: Business Casual is standard. We suggest wearing comfortable shoes, as the venue is spacious.
- ✅ Badges: Please wear your conference badge at all times. It is your pass for sessions and meals.
- ✅ Support: If you encounter any technical issues or need help, please look for our volunteers in staff uniforms.
